Write an iPhone/iPad Sportsbook application

New startup company is looking for iPhone and possibly Android app developer. This is a budget project but once the app is released and bringing in revenue, we are looking to compensate the designer on top of what has already been paid, as well as a continued partnership to maintain the app at a yearly rate.

We are looking to create a sportsbook app. This is an app that users can deposit money into their account and bet on sports. Specifically the NHL, NFL, NBA, NCAAF, Premier League Soccer, and some others. We will start with only an iPhone app and may expand in the future. If you have an iPhone, you can download an app called SportsBetting as an example. We are looking to compete with this app.

We will also need a way to edit the odds for games so we prefer a developer with at least php knowledge or MySQL that can create a server where we can change the odds to the app live.

As I mentioned, this is a budget contract. We are looking to pay no more than $150, preferablly less. If the app is successful, you will be paid up to $3000. The terms of this agreement can be specified later and will be written in contract.
