Add video upload option to classifieds PHP/MySQL script

We have a working installation of oxyclassifieds script - [login to view URL] and need to add the option to allow users to be able to upload videos in MPG, AVI, MOV and FLV , store them locally in the server, and have a player inside each ad that allow web visitors to watch the videos. At the moment this script only provides the option to embed Youtube videos pasting the youtube URL, but this is not enough for what we need.
Apart of uploading videos, users may also be able to EDIT / DELETE videos.
If a video with same existing file name is uploaded, the first video must not be over-written.
Web administrator needs to be able to also ADD / DELETE / EDIT any user videos.
We will provide FTP an PHPMYADMIN access to the live site.
The implemented script must allow users to upload video files of 1 Gb maximum.
