CMS - Realty Manager

We need to build a web application where we can run thousands of websites on the same database and code. The database will one day hold over one million records for products.

Needless to say we need a very qualified DBA to design the database.

We have been using MySQL for all our new projects. However, we are open to suggestions.

We prefer to use Zend Framework. It already has some of the functionality that we will need for this application. The Zend Framework coder must have thorough understanding of caching. A site's landing page should not take 30 seconds to load just because the database is large.
