225935 Custom Script Modifcation

This is a repost - The previously chosen programmer did not complete the task. Please only bid if you have the time and the ability to complete this request. MUST have experience with 2Checkout.com.

I have a custom PHP/MySQL based File Hosting Script that is setup for Paypal Subscriptions. I need to change the payment method from PayPal to 2Checkout. The prevoius programmer left it about 80% complete, he was unable to get the passback from 2CO back to my site to work correctly. The script keeps saying that the purchase is invalid when 2CO returns.

I need someone who is very familier with 2CO who can make this work. Please don't waste my time or yours if you can't do the job.
