356550 OSCommerce or PHP/MySQL site

This site involves the creation of a catalogue type of a shopping site. It may or may not be best to use OSCommerce as a base platform. Give me your recommendation along with links to similar sites that you have developed. Here are the requirements; -Need the dynamic home page, product listing page and product detail page set up based on a graphic design in psd. If not using OSCommerce, I can get the template already set up. Please specify your preference. -Need the capability to add categories by the owner that will show up in the category menu nav automatically. -Need the dynamic ability to add/change basic pages such as Quick Start, About Us, FAQ -Need a registration & signin for Designers. -The registration and designer account page needs to allow the designer to add items including 3 photos, name description etc. -Once registered, the owner needs to review and then activate the account. -Upon activation, an email needs to be sent to the designer with a link to Complete their registration. -The Complete their registration process will include setting up a monthly fee with PayPal. The current month needs to be pro-rated. When the number of items for a designer goes above or below their current level of subscription, the monthly fee needs to be changed with the current month pro-rated.
