Sagepay payment gateway integration

I need a programmer to modify my existing Sagepay inframe integration to a Sagepay Server integration and to add Sofort and Giropay options (PPRO European Payment Types).
The main changes are 1) including a payment Pending status and 2) not keeping the customer in the iframe.
Sagepay documentation attached, the SagepayServer ProtocolV3.0 pdf is detailed but only the Appendix pages are needed to reference the xml field names etc.
