2 Pictures have to be compared (it will be a pixel by pixel comparison, nothing too fancy, no kind of face recognition) and based on that comparison, and data collected based on that comparision, a html command will be sent to an IP camera. then the next picture will be pulled.
This software has to provide an excellent user interface, where a lot of different data will has to be enterend and safed in an setup file., and the software imust include an analysis page, where user can see effects on changes he does to the settings. The software must communicate via DDE with a different software, which I will provide. I also will provide an IP Camera for testing purpose.
I already wrote such software years ago, and it worked fine, so I can give step by step instructions on analysis and behavior.
The software must be written completely in delphi, all source must eventually be provided and becomes my property. It has to run on XP; Vista, Win7/8 32bit and 64 bit
The amount of coding time will be ~ 100hrs. There is no fixed finishing time, but I want this to be ready in about 2 months.
