The core of this project is the development of a statistical model application from existing data as well as the development of a database. Taking existing results and applying them to pre-defined base criteria we need to build a model to select the projected outcomes nearest the desired criteria. The model and / or algorithm needs to allow for continual up dating and look to get a feed for these results and update the database accordingly. All data is available but some data entry may be necessary. This project is for internal business use and will not be part of an open website. Further algorithm development projects will be available to the successful applicant. Regards, Biznez

I have a B.S. in Actuarial Science and an M.S. in Economic Theory, both of these disciplines require deep understanding of statistics and mathematical modeling; in addition, I have ample experience programming statistical models and simulations, as well as excellent english skills. I can provide a quality application that suits your needs along with a paper explaining all the modeling and algorithms happening "under the hood". I have 14 yeras experince in IT field and since last 5.6 years I am working on PHP, MySQL platform. I had developed many large application during this 5.6 years. I will give you concreate and robust solution for each application. I will always take care of client side and server side validation, as well as URL parameter which are primary target for hacker. For this reason I will always test application in a negative way so my client will get 100% solution.
