Magento Module Development

I have a magento store developed that allows customers to purchase prescription glasses and sunglasses online. During the checkout process they have the option to enter their prescription. There has been an extra step added to the magento checkout titled 'SELECT LENS OPTIONS', within this step we would like to apply an additional fee depending on some variables. Need a magento module coded that charges an additional fee per scriptable product (either $59, $119, $199) depending on some selected options in the one step checkout. There are two possible product types that can incur this fee, their attribute set names are as follows: optical_frame sunglass_frame (only if custom option 'Prescription Lenses' has been selected) You will see more of this in the module that has already been created in app/code/local/Excellence/Custom There will be 4 different scenarios for the additional fee to occur: 1. User ticks a checkbox in the prescription step to upgrade to high index lenses $59 fee applies (this is only valid if none of the next 3 steps apply) 2. If SPH option selected from dropdown menu is between (+4.00 and +5.75) or (-4.00 and -5.75) $59 dollar fee applies 3. If SPH option selected from dropdown menu is between (+6.00 and +7.75) or (-7.00 and -7.75) $119 dollar fee applies 3. If SPH option selected from dropdown menu is between (+8.00 and +10.00) or (-8.00 and -10.00) $199 dollar fee applies Would prefer the fee amount to be included in the standard total but if not possible it can be an additional subtotal titled 'High Index Lenses Upgrade' This total amount, whether an additional fee or just added to the standard total needs to be reflected across the following: • Checkout Page Order Total • Cart Page Order Total • My Account Order View Page • Print Order PDF • Order EMails • Admin Order View/Email/PDF • Admin Invoice View/Email/PDF • Admin Credit Memo View/Email/PDF Please don't apply without reading the requirements and ensuring that you are capable.
