Promo + affiliate program for halezabux

Need to add Promo Code section admin, front end, with flexible terms for %ages, $ amounts, dates, items, and users.

Need to add Affiliate program for Front end sign up, and back end ability to collect their affiliate link and view their sales statistics. Information should be clearly visible so I can see how much to pay.

What about refunds and being able to adjust amounts being paid?

Also - on the top section of the site, I want to add a sign up box (i can get you the code) it will have an image of a book (i can get you that as well) and just offer people to sign up so I can reach them in the future. (should they not make a purchase that day)

Please also be sure to fix the existing tool tip that does not allow for some of the text to be written at the bottom of the page.
