Conversion between Chinese and English

I need a demo project showing the simplest way of interchanging the language of an application, ie, which contains some labels, buttons and texts. The application needs to be able to run in English Windows 2000 and XP. The demo should show two ways of displaying text, 1. thru the usage of APIs such as CreateFont, Textout, and 2. nonAPI ways. The users can arbitrarily select the language anytime in runtime. Bids open to suggestions.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
