MEMOS INVENTORY CALCULATOR

MEMOS OPEN / CLOSE INVENTORY CALCULATOR: This is NOT a data base that will reside on a server. The reports do NOT need to be bound to a database. It is only for users of my software so that they may create their own data base with the info they enter into my software. - Looking for a coder to write a VB program that will handle MEMOS and INVENTORY. - I don't mean ,MEMOS in the traditional sense, but intended for Jewelry Professionals. MEMO DATA FIELDS (the below example does NOT include all data fields): - Name of business - Address of business - Business Tax Id# - Name of person in possesion of the memo items - Address of person in possesion of the memo items - SS# of person in possesion of the memo items - DL# of person in possesion of the memo items - DATE - TIME - ITEMS (COMEPLETE BREAKDOWN) IN AN ITEMIZED LIST - The date items must be returned if not sold - The amounts owed if sold-itemized lists will have different amounts - Person issuing the Memo - Person approving the Memo There are FOUR primary functions: 1) OPEN MEMOS - Keeping track of OPEN MEMOS AND ALL INVENTORY: - Jewelers give out diamonds or jewelry on a memo to clients they trust. The memo remains open untill the diamonds or jewelry is either sold or returned and then has a CLOSED MEMO status. MEMO DATA FIELDS: (refer to the above data fields) 2) CLOSED MEMOS - Keeping Track of CLOSED MEMOS: - Jewelry and or diamonds that have been either returned or sold is concidered a CLOSED MEMO. MEMO DATA FIELDS: (refer to the above data fields) 3) CONSIGNMENT - Keeping Track of jewelry or diamonds that are out on CONSIGNMENT: - Jewelry or diamonds given out on consignment untill they are SOLD or RETURNED. MEMO DATA FIELDS: (refer to the above data fields) 4) OTHER FEATURES: - The ability to VIEW all of the above Records (within the FORMS), EDIT (modify), SEARCH, DELETE, SORT, PRINT and SAVE. The ability to do all of these functions WITHIN the FORMS. - ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Also the complete and fully-functional working program(s) finished VB6 project ready for compiling including the complete source code. 2) Will need to know what other dll's and or ocx files and dependencies will be necessary to include in the Installation package as the result of this project.
