To create a forum for studies.
1. create a forum for stuides which will have different sub branches.
2. Forum should be easy to read and the design should not be complicated.
3. User should be able to easily navigate through the forum website from the front page. Front page design should be attractive yet simple.
4. Administration of the forum should not be complicated and should also have a strong community support.
5. integration with facebook and open id.
6. Should be easy to edit and add topics to the forum from backend by using SQL queries.
7. Should also include search engine optimization.
8. Everything should be documented in plain and simple language.
9. To add several other features such as poll, ability to put private as well as google advertise, etc.
10. Details of other requirements would be provided once I find out the right bidder.
In addition to the above description I would like freelancer to help me out find out the best existing software to use. There are several web forum softwares such as phpbb3, vbulletin, IPB, etc. Preference would be given to a freelancer who has hands-on experience in developing these software.
Please make sure to reply with previous projects and also with the skillsets and a reason why you would be a good fit for this project.
