6416 Need new design for 3 websites

Im looking for an experienced web designer to get all three of my websites a new look. I have enclosed a crude drawing of how I want the sites designed. I also have a text document with full details and examples of the look Im interested in. I will give this to serious bidders who's bids I'm interested in accepting. Once the design has been established and accepted for the first site I would like the other two sites to look identical, only thing that would need to be changed is the text in the logo, everything else can be a mirror image of the first site. The website is run on a php script and has a template in place that can be easily changed, however the designer should have some knowledge of working with html within php. General Details: - I would like the project to be complete within 3 days of auction end. -Please post a portfolio or examples of work you have done with your bid, Bidders with no examples of work will be ignored. -As well as editing the HTML template the CSS page will need to be edited also. - Please bid within our budget, since there is not alot of content or design that needs to be changed and all three sites will be clones we feel our project budget is reasonable. Please dont bid if you cant bid within our budget!! -I would like the bidders to show me a mockup before beginning(or before I decide which offer to accept), and allow for a few slight revisions once the project has finished (if applicable) but this can be discussed further in the PMB. If everything works out with this project I plan on giving you a lot of future work. I currently have two websites in development and will continue to open up new ones as things progress, so my expectation from this auction is to find a freelance web designer that I can count on in the near and distant future for full website design, graphics, logos and other small site revisions.
