New website with adsense/SEO optimized

Looking for a talented webdesigner that has adsense and SEO experience and knows what he is doing I need a website that is withing a nitch that is good for getting trafikk and adsense clicks and for future growth,the adsense expert should come up with suggestions as to what nitch to choose, could be any nitch as long as its good for large amount of trafik potentional. Once nitch is selected developer should select a theme, could be from theme forest or any other website...in that case i will buy that theme once he says witch one..i prefer themeforest. Developer could also choose to build the website himself, but the importent part is that the website should be adsense friendly and have places for putting adsense ads and make it look like a part of the website...it should not look like a website build just for [login to view URL] website must also be integrated with google analytics, i have a account for that and will provide the code snippet. Everything must be optimized for adsense, and getting the most clicks and keeping my googe adsense account in good standing. Developer must select a proper domain name that is relevant to website, he should find the domain name name and i will buy it It is very importent that the website is SEO and adsense friendly, and developer should find the most high impact /paying keywords to draw trafikk to website and tell me how to update these in the future. Once website is build, developer must populate the website with relevant and quality articles, no spunn articles please or copies, it must be original and uniqe articles...if i spot fakes i will terminate the contract. By populating i mean the website must have a decent amout of articles..not a bare minimim but a decent amount. Keep this in mind when doing all this, i will be posting around 2-3 articles to the website each day that i will be getting from a writer that will create uniqe and original content for me. The purpose of the website is to create good trafikk and get good adsense clicks that in turn brings in some income. Keep in mind i will be posting 2-3 articles pr day, having 10 different categories will be hard to maintain since i wont be able to created 10 new articles pr day. But it i will be good if i can increase categories as trafikk increase and income increase so i can create more content. The website will be hosted on my private dedicated server that is running windows 2008 webserver running a wamp stack. You will get RDC access to server to do your work and ftp access.
