Redesign for gambling website

We are looking for bids for a website redesign of our main company's website. I do NOT want any bids for anyone that is going to use an existing template from companies like www.templatemonster.com. What I need is a graphic artist that has skills, vision and style.
The deliverables for this project are PSD and FLA files of the site, along with HTML & CSS for the main page design. We'll craft all pages from this. It would be even better if the main page design could be submitted to us as a Dreamweaver Template file, so we can build on it from there.
The page should be search engine friendly, and its all about style. If you are not a graphics professional on this, don't bother bidding on the project. You need to have a sense of style, and a willingness to take your vision and push it.
