Hello
We provide a service which allows people to send SMS from your computer to a Mobile Phone.
We are looking for someone to build a new Web Application (PHP code) for us to connect to the current carrier gateways that we already have.

We would like a quote for a price to build this application which would allow our customers to:
1. Login to their SMS account via a web page
2. Set up various customer Contact Lists
3. Provide reporting based on Delivered SMS, Bounced SMS, and Opt-outs.
4. Ability to define the Caller ID with a Business Name, or send from our 'Shared Number'
5. Send both bulk SMS to a whole contact list, or individual SMS to 1 contact
6. Create and save templates
7. Schedule SMS to sent at a particular time.
8. Automatic opt-out feature which allows users to reply 'STOP' to automatically Opt-Out from further communication.
We can provide access to the current system that we use for comparison and testing, and we welcome any questions about our requirements.
We would pay for someone to provide us with a quote on the cost to build.
