I have a live Joomla+Adsmanager Site. I have to change the database and frontend structure to allow users to post ads in different region/city, and to make changes in the categories, subcategories) Based upon that, a user can add an ad in a specific city from a specific region( i have a file with all the regions/city). After that, i have to create an xml file that will export the ads in a specific format).
