"Hack" and webprogramming in Joomla

I have currently installed JA Telline v.1.3 (latest) and programmed the site as much as i can. The page is at [login to view URL]

It is a norwegian newssite.

But the joomla modules and the template itself can not do everything i need on the site.

So i need a skilled programmer that knows php programming, web and joomla and can make things happen.

The budget we will agree on. i dont want a company to bid on this, i just want a good english talking skilled webmaster from hel to help me. thank you :)
