Add new functions/features to existing wordpress website

Hi i need a few things done for the adult video website. Please see below:

1. the categories on the video pages on the left is very long as there are many, so make them in a way that we can scroll it

2. using embedded videos from 3 party sites and when i click on the player to stop/pause etc.. it brings me to the original website. so i want to disable this.

3. show preview of each video when we hover our mouse over the video/photo/image

4. This is a little confusing and will explain if you don't get it. The videos are from 3rd party sites like pornhub, youporn etc. so from my country i am not able to view the embedded videos because pornhub, youporn etc in banned. since i am blocked from viewing pornhub etc , i am not able to view the embedded video on my site. So i need something done or a way to bypass this without the need to change my ip or use vpn. Or any other ideas you might have.

5. Have the ability to choose color theme of the site. Now currently it is set to black theme. i want another option to have white theme with my color preferences [login to view URL] a logo

Lastly need this done in 1 day as it's urgent.
