I am looking for someone to build an advanced checklist. The checklist has two pages, one to fill it in and one to edit an already filled in checklist. There are three possible options for every question in the checklist, they are: goed, fout, n.v.t. When clicking `fout` a div should slide down under that question where a user can add a comment and upload a file. When editing a checklist, all `fout` answers should have that div already open and a user should be able to label it as `Goed` or `Nv.t.` which will then close the div of that question again. English speaking skills should be good so I can explain the project in detail. Read Less
