I took a look at the staging site & I'm guessing you're basically just looking to have the properties imported, basic security testing & performance testing, debugging & transfer to live server? It seems like most of the front end design work is done. Depending on the full scope of the project, i could probably knock this out for $300/USD in 2 days at most.
