Auto grab content - PHP Cronjob

I need you to make a .php script that will run as a cronjob.
The script will go to an url and grab all content (domain names), then it will send the results to a .txt file on the server.
It needs to have a duplicate check builtin, and a simple validator to make sure its a correct domain name ( [url removed, login to view] )
Max 40 bucks.
Demo needs to show all functions, then i pay, and you deliver the script.
