Build a robo-advisor

Currently we are building a robo advisor. A web based and on mobile platform as well. Not just the front end but the whole system [login to view URL] end developer is to convert the algorithm into Python and the core system that link the front.
Front end - a web site and mobile app both iOS and Android for use to input and view their investment status.
Basic function like user settings, admin control and etc are required.
