Build Soundwave Audio Web App

I'm looking for a developer who can recreate a web app similar to the one at:

Requirements for first Version of Web App [personal use]:
Code:
It should accomplish this using client side javascript, web audio API, HMTL5 Canvas.
Usability: It should be able to create 3 types of soundwaves:
1) Linear - In a straight line
2) Radial - In a circle (clockwise)
3) Radial - In a circle (clockwise) but only show top half of soundwaves
The wave itself should be modifiable, similar to the two example sites in the following way:
NOT REQUIRED in FIRST VERSION:
Change Colour Palettes…
Change Rotation
REQUIRED IN FIRST VERSION:
Colour of Wave - Single Solid Colour default white
WAVE STYLE:
1) Ability to change Wave Width
2) Ability to change Spacing
3) Ability to change circle radius
AUDIO SAMPLE:
1) It should be able to generate Wave from standard Audio Formats (i.e. MP3)
2) Optional: It should be able to generate Wave from Youtube Link (let me know if this is achievable)
SAVE CONFIGURATION:
1) I should be able to save settings locally in a configuration file and/or in the webapp as presets.
2) I should be able to save the generated wave as a local SVG file or Vector image.
