Build a Weather Page with automaticly Update from the Data and modern / responsive Design

Hello, We are looking for someone who builds a weather page for us! Not [login to view URL]! (No clones but as modern as [login to view URL]) Key facts: The data must always be updated so that the latest data is always available - There will be no video section - The website can be easy like [login to view URL] and just like on a WordPress system - The crawler should initially crawl all locations and paste in the website, so that's all the city worldwide has its own - Please count the processes you would do - clean work! - Technical implementation should comply with the latest "must haves" (HTML5, CSS3, Responsive, fast load times and and) Good work is rewarded with more jobs, we are currently working on more than 16 projects. IMPORTANT: Please tell us if you can only design, just the programming or both.
