Dear Sir or Madam, I am looking for a website developer for my start-up, which I hope to launch by September 2019 with a relatively limited budget (100-500 pounds depending on the work offered) To give you a vague overview of what I am looking for: The business model is an online multi-seller-marketplace with the main (if not sole) target group being University students. Here students could sell their books on a C2C basis, where they would be charged a minimal commission fee for the use of the platform. The website wouldn't need to be more than a clearly layered and straight forward multi-seller-platform. Essentially, a hybrid of the eBay and Airbnb business model in their simplest form.
