Copy an Open Cart store from a temporary folder on my server to the directory with the correct final URL

1. I created an OC version of my current Yahoo store using the Open Cart platform. I had to park it in a temporary folder while it was being formatted and populated because the Yahoo store is live and taking orders. Now I want to move the OC store to the correct directory prior to redirecting the DNS.
2. The OC store has a number of extensions including payment gateways and SEO extension that must continue to function correctly once the store is moved. It also has a great deal of custom work that can't be lost.
3. I will not redirect the DNS until I have completely verified that the new store is functional and unchanged. Therefore you will need to adjust a file on your home computer to see the post move store and control panel (front end and back end).
4. You must copy and not move the store to the new directory. That way I can continue to compare the stores for loss of functionality.
