Create a html email responsive template

I'm looking for someone who can create a html email responsive template for a conference we are holding.

Here is the conference website http://www.byodandbeyond2015.com.

I need this to be a html editable template.

This email template have the same look and feel in all major desktop, web-mail, mobile ẹmail clients and compatible with Android, iPad, iPhone, IOS, Apple Mail , Live Mail, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Mail, AOL, Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo applications.

Be as creative as you like, however be aware this will be sent to IT people.
