Drupal 7 - Maestro module workflow - 27/04/2018 02:06 EDT

For a new request, based on a Drupal 7 content type & Maestro workflow, we need some custom changes to be made:

Content type changes:

- “Gereedschapsaanvraag nr” field (= title field) should be a hidden field which automatically generates the title based on “GERPERYYxxxx” where YY corresponds to the year (eg 18) and xxxx is an automatic counter for each content that is made (eg starting with 0001 for the first node to be created, +1 for the next)

- “Aanvrager” field should automatically be filled in with the logged in user

- “Gereedschap” is a Paragraph. Now when I create a new node I can fill in the fields and add a new paragraph item but I want to be able to fill my 1st paragraph item immediately instead of clicking on the add paragraph first (so it should expand already the moment I create the node).

- The field “verantwoordelijke” is a hidden field that should automatically be filled in based on the property (Verantwoordelijke verlofaanvraag) from the logged in users profile.

Workflow changes:

- The Maestro workflow should automatically start by creating a new node from this content type (through the Rules module).

- Able to make a custom module (for the required custom changes)

- Document & implement changes on a test environment so they can easily be implemented by our admin on the production environment
