Fix Calendar backend Issues for Laravel PHP Web App.

I have a manpower roster web app which helps manager to assign specific staff to replace other staff who are on leave. The system has the following issue:
A. There are two types of Roster Schedule (Odd and Even week)
B. The system is mixing up the calendar. The first 2 schedule is correct but when it reaches the 3rd week, it is still regards as even week schedule.
1. 9th - 13th July : Odd Week Schedule
2. 16th - 20th July is Even Week Schedule
3. 23rd - 27th July is Even Week Schedule (This needs to be Odd week)
4. 30th - 3rd July is Odd Week Schedule (This needs to be Even week)
Looking for developer who specialise in Laravel Framework and PHP.
