Integrate Smart Lock with Booking System for use in Communal Meeting Room

We're building a meeting room for our office space at Containerville, which will be booked by our various tenants and paid for hourly. So we require someone to integrate our chosen booking system with our chosen smart lock (see below) so that our tenants can book and pay for use of the meeting room and automatically be sent a temporary code to allow access to the meeting room for the duration they have booked and a grace period 5 minutes either side of the time slot. The smart lock already allows generation of temporary codes thanks to inbuilt integration with Airbnb Host Assist.
