Lost phone information retrieval

I have a chest full of old cell phones and I have lots of information on the cell phones that I need retrieved and I am tired of people stealing my cell phones so in order to remedy set problems I have proposed this... I need a device that can connect to micro USB Android that can bypass permissions and locks and download all of the phones information including but not limited to contacts phone records messages passwords and Facebook Messenger messages and passwords for Facebook Messenger also would like the ability to upload GPS tracker onto the phone in case the phone is stolen.
