I would like to make the all the fields to fill out interactive in the attached PDF. It needs to be easy to fill out on mobile devices as well. Where some of the fields may be the same as information already entered i want them to autofill. It must be able to let the person filling it out put their signature in. I want it to have a button at the end that will attach the pdf to an email to send to gareth@[login to view URL]
