PHP Developer Fulltime

What I need or require: My current website is written in CSS-based static HTML. I require it to be skinned into Drupal build so that the Drupal instance provides the exact same look and feel as the existing site, but with the related extra functionality. I additionally have a need to skin the related online store (/store) into a Drupal build. The store is currently a Zencart build. What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: The provider will take my site content (I will provide the relevant files) and create a template that can be applied in order to attain the requisite look and feel. I can probably install Drupal and apply the template but I am happy for this to be quoted as well. Same deal for the store. This is a long term position.
