Plugin/Script to auto scrape articles from non-wp sites

Hi, I am looking for a developer to create a simple WordPress plugin that extracts/scrape articles (title, content, category, images, tags) from a list of websites having no rss feeds. Extracted content should get saved as WordPress draft post. Plugin/script should have schedule update/extract feature. I'll provide a list of 10 source sites as test and in future. My budget is $50, I want the work to finish in 2-3 working days.
