Script required for Google Shopping

I need a script in order to shortlist those products from the attached Excel comma separated file for which my price is the lowest or for that product I am the only one who is offering that product.

The search will be done on the basis of EAN code and the price available in the file and the search will be made on different Google Shopping sites such as

Google Shopping UK, US, Canada, Australia, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, India, Ireland, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Czech Republic, Taiwan and Turkey.
