Hello, Regarding where the web UI and database will be hosted, it doesn't matter on my end if it's the Linux server or an AWS instance that will be used, as both will do. I will then recreate your "large excel spreadsheet with 150K+ lines using multiple VLookups" into a MySQL DB so it can be called by the UI. An upload function will be created so CSV files can be imported to the database. It would be great to have a discussion on how you want reports to be returned. Hi, i see you need a php based web app that would allow you upload excel spreadsheets and extract the data in them into a database and generate reports from it. I can get this done for you very quickly, am a well seasoned developer with over 8yrs experience, you can be assured a job well done. As for the server choice, AWS is good but i think digital ocean would also do a great job here as AWS servers cost more and are built for systems that are more complex. can you send a sample excel file so i can see the format of the data? If you already have an AWS account the process is pretty straight forward. I can set you up with an EC2 instance running a LAMP stack connected to a MySQL RDS.
