Style Wordpress site home page to match design

We would like to style our Wordpress site homepage to match the attached design. This design will be provided as a Photoshop file with layers for the images. We already have a theme installed that is very versatile and can be used to replicate the layout. The current site is installed here: [login to view URL] Requirements for this project are below 1. Build header as seen in design 2. Include language selector dropdown in header with English, Spanish and Japanese options. There are many available plugins that can be used for this. 3. Include site search bar in header. 4. Include main menu matching the design. Include a 'My Hioki' button on the right of the main menu. 5. The main image is a slide show. Include only one slide, but leave room for other. Use the installed layer or revolution sliders included in the theme. The slide should have different layers with the text and images animated when appearing, not just a single flat image. 6. About Hioki section is a simple text area with image. 7. Under 'About Hioki' is a tab menu with tabs justified to the left. The tabs are: Products, New Products, Catalog, FAQs. The 'Products' tab should have a table of links to product categories, the other tabs can be left empty for now. 8. Hioki Videos will display 3 videos. Clicking a video will play the video in a lightbox. 9. Important Information will display the top 8 posts from the blog. Style these to match the design. Pull the top 8 posts from this site: [login to view URL] 10. The menu in the footer should pull from the same menu as the header. 11. Add copyright and social media icons under the footer menu. 12. All sections should be made mobile friendly to display well on different devices. This will obviously change the design on smaller screens, the theme is already built to handle most mobile optimization, but will need to be reviewed.
