Virustotal is flagging my domain as spam

Hi,

I am running an affiliate marketing setup, and I use different domains for my ad campaigns. But this domain after a few days gets marked as spam in virustotal.com.

I tried manually scanning my landing pages to see if I have some malware on my files that is causing this but that was not the case. Later I tried to scan my server files with [login to view URL] but the site was clean.

Can you help me consult and fix why this could be happening?
