Website review and clicks to conversion marketing recommendations

Project goal: Review our new and old websites and understand what we do. As a marketing specialist I want you to review our landing pages and help us with a plan (recommended changes to our site) to convert our clicks to conversions. We are currently marketing on Bing and Linked in. On the Bing search results we come up in the top 3 when searching for our key words. So our ads are being seen but when they click on the ad they are not following through to contact us. We have links on the landing page to contact us or watch videos. They are doing neither. We are a software developer. We specialize in shipping software for UPS, FedEx, USPS and LTL (trucking). Our company generates the shipping tags and documents for all carriers. Our shipping software integrates and runs inside of many popular accounting systems. Sage 100, 200, 300, SAP Business One, MS Dynamics, AccountMate, Quickbooks, Peachtree and many more.
