Whmcs module for Vmware ESXi

- display statistics (cpu, memory and disk usage, depending on the possibilities of the vmware api)

- Whmcs needs to be able to manage the module and when receiving payment, does the installation. If the customer does not pay he suspends, if he gives the command to close, he turns off the vps (or excludes. There are 2 options available via the panel).

There is a module on the internet called Autovm, net (change to a point to see the script on github) that already has several of the commands available and that can be consulted to facilitate.

In the past I also requested some changes because I intended to use this module, but it has many errors and I ended up giving up. But I can pass on these changes made for consultation.
