In modified page add following:

the page will still return the value as above but in addition

post to DB following info:

User ID , value, Timestamp , IP address

then 2 reports:

1- search parameter for user = user or wild card

or search by value, ip address, and date from to, to

2- in whmcs on user summary page will like a report labeled “View Auths” , under user profile products/services there is a custom column named xuser id , basically using xuser id as the user parameter, first look at user table in a database under column xuser will find this use xuser,then there is a column tarrif_plan and status will display these three fields on top (xuser=“display xuser”, Status “value from status column usually nothing, 0, or 1) and tariff id what ever that is) then from the db that above log was inserted into from there show for date last 1 month, display result from this new db, as either a popup or new window.

also will need another button on the summary page that says “send message”

this can be a popup also will use xuser id, and take this id and lookup gcm id from table, as the user parameter and this new page will have a small section for entering message, and submit button. this uses gcm for sending message i can provide gcm code.
