Wordpress - Booking system improvements

Hi,

i need to adapt booking system of purchased template (envato, monalisa hotel).

IWBooking (monalisa booking system) is developed to work on a single price (you set the price and it is the same for all days of the year). I need that the system allow the price setting for period (for example: from 1/1/18 to 7/1/18 the "Room 1" price is 35€/nigth, from 8/1/18 to 10/3/18 price is 50€/night).

I have to setup room prices for:

- Period (from/to date)

- Single day in this period (from/to the price is setted on week day) is a plus (see attachment)

- Pricing is referred to single room or to category (rooms, villa, cottage - ive 4 rooms, 2 villas, 3 cottage and the price is referred to category, but i can set up the prices for single solution)

- The prices is part of booking system (the user search a solution from date to date and the system shows prices)

I've another booking system shown in the attachment. It works for me, is perfect.

TIMING:

Maximum 1 week of work for finishing the CR

PAYMENT:

20% at the first draft

+50% at the user acceptance test

+last 30% at the end

I've little budget but more works.
