Wordpress Plugin to Automate the Shipments

We need a plugin that will work with 3rd party API's which help us to create shipments of the orders processed on Woocommerce. With a single click we want to do the following:
1. Create the Shipment for the order received on our Woocomerce Panel
2. Generate & Print Shipping Label & Manifest from our Woocommerce Panel
3. Cancel the Shipment
4. Can Track the Shipment from Woocommerce Panel
5. Automatically change the Order status when it gets shipped or delivered
Please Confirm us if the same can be developed, we need it for Vamaship & Shyplite API companies.
