Wordpress/Woo Commerce for a Small Bakery

I’m setting up an ecommerce website using Wordpress/woocommerce for a baking goods company. Seeking a mid-high level resource who can help architect the project, which will require the following: - Product/inventory management - Composite plugin for creating multi- combinations of a defined set of variables; ie color, flavor, quantity etc - Chained products plugin for combining those unique combinations into pre-packages or volume discounting - Integration with payment systems in/out (likely PayPal) - Delivery and customer data management We are a small home-based company that is just getting started. Cost is of a major consideration, but I believe the above will require an experienced and organized individual who can understand the vision from top to bottom, and thus I doubt will be cheap. I have web, and product photography experience, as well as large scale project management, and can handle the front end of development, as well as some of the work on the back end (most likely). What I am looking for is someone with the entire skill set this project requires, who would be able to work on more of a consultative basis. I push the ball X far forward, and then buy a few hours of your time at the rate you’re worth to ensure things are on track/ fix any mistakes or draw up the plan on how to do so. Adding a 3rd low level resource to this project could also be considered, but simply put, I cannot afford large amounts of your time. Thanks
