Write a reliable PHP scraper and upload data to API

We need someone to write a PHP script that will _RELIABLY_ scrape data from this website:
[login to view URL]
It must capture all items from all categories.
If we need to manually maintain the list of categories by providing a list of URLs in our backend, that's absolutely fine.
The script must capture the following data:
- Item name
- Item image URL
- Cost per unit
- Is the item on Special? (Boolean)
- If on special, what is the sale price
Once the above data has been captured, the script must upload the data to a "Class" in our Parse backend ([login to view URL]). All data from this 'store' should be maintained in the one class as we will add more stores in the future.
