Scope of Project: Overview: I’d like to have a software system (Linkedin Clone) that is web based accessed by PC for the applicant (pilot) and the client (airline’s HR). Also, there needs to be a dashboard for the airline pilot where he creates a “profile”. The profile would include his CV, pilot application form, documents upload, and logbook report of his specific flying experience as ordered by the client airline. The airline pilot logbook should be manually entered by the pilot -OR- I can provide a data entry service for a fee. The airline pilot would enter his information by PC or by an iphone or android APP. The pilot and the airline would be subject to a monthly fee. 1. AIRLINE PILOT LOGBOOK a. Create an electronic logbook system with specific categories of type of flights performed b. Logbook entry shall be accessed by the pilot via PC or by mobile APP that syncs to cloud. c. Administrator shall have access to edit and monitor subscription status of each pilot d. Custom Report capability from all fields and combinations of fields as demanded by pilot or client airline HR. 2. APPLICATION FORM a. Create applicant management system (using Taleo is a big plus) b. Each applicant should have a profile page with ability to access their account by mobile devices. Their photo, documents must be able to be uploaded by using their camera on their mobile device. OPTIONAL: If you have the ability to identify text when taking the photo to auto populate things like license numbers, expiry dates, name etc. would be very helpful! 3. CUSTOM REPORTS a. Information collected should be able to create custom reports such as: i. Custom Airline Application Form ii. Summary of Flight time “see TOTALS Tab on excel sheet for example” iii. Aeronautical Experience Form “see AE FORM tab on excel” iv. Checklist “see CHECKLIST tab on excel” 4. ERRORS AND LOGIC CHECK a. Must be able to identify errors made by manual entry of the pilot on the custom forms b. Must be able to qualify and quantify specific flight experience as requested by airline 5. PILOT SERVICES a. Manual data entry service will be offered so we need a tracking system as follows: b. After payment the pilot would be mailed a sticker with a barcode to paste to their logbook to identify them, per our software system. c. Tracking and progress of the manual data entry: Received logbook, Copied, and return of original logbook with FEDEX tracking. Later, copies would be processed for data entry. 6. AIRLINE HR SERVICE a. Airline would subscribe to a Talent Management System access portal. b. “Headhunting” would be offered on a flat fee based charge, essentially creating a custom report of their needs.
