Hi, I need a C# dot net Winform data entry application with lots of simple data manipulation. There are nearly 23 tabs and many of them are simple tabs. My budget is $400-$500 for this application. I will share the specs with potential candidates. Contractors who will be able to complete within the budget and timeframe would be preferred. Completing the project is very important. If you can't complete, please don't take it. Please apply if you can fulfill the below requirements. Though the Specs has been nearly finalized, there maybe some minor changes during Development phase. I have a c# app where points #11, #13, and #14 have already been used. If you want you can reuse the code. Requirements 1. C# Dotnet application 2. Should work in Win 7 and upwards 3. Should work in 32 and 64 bit 4. Can be used in offline mode 5. Application should be resizable 6. User will have Word 2007 or 2010 installed on their computer 7. PDFs can be of bigger size, sometimes up to GB or 10000 to 20000 pages. The application should be able to handle this. 8. The application should be set to IST. 9. Create .dat files 10. Application should create and update online MySQL table and db. 11. Encryption: The app should be able to do simple encryption (password protection would do, please ensure the application passes the password and users won’t). Once encrypted user should not be able to open the file from outside without password, but the files should be able to be opened within the app with password passed by application. 12. ITextSharp: 13. PDF Viewer: Users will have Adobe reader installed in their computer. So, please make use of their Adobe reader within the app. This viewer should be able to: Zoom in, Zoom out, Rotate, Going to another page, Search in page, If the pdf was already OCR’d, user should be able to copy text. Should open any pdf fit to window width and enable scrolling, Pgup should move pdf page up even when cursor is in Form, PgDn should move pdf page down even when cursor is in Form. (optional) if the user has Acrobat pro installed, they should be able to OCR which is a built-in function in Acrobat Pro. 14. Autocomplete Textbox/dropdown: Something similar to this [login to view URL] 15. Global Hotkeys: This hotkey should work even when outside the application and when the application is open 16. Word Generator: Should be able to generate Word document based on data saved in Mysql table. The Word document may contain tables. Should also be able to read Word and populate table.
