Zencart Template Customization

Current Situation: #1: I have the latest version of Zencart installed in a hosted environment. However, I am having trouble changing the font colors/sizes. I have changed this info in the past; however, since installing the latest version of Zencart, I can't change these values in the css file. # 2: I also need to add an image for Crafty Syntax Live Help to the right of the following message: "Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in?" # 3: Need to create drop-down boxes for all products wherein a shopper can select the following variables: - Bracelet length (From 4" to 8" in 1/2 inch increments) - Color choices (40 different colors) - Personalized name (single text only value) - Charm Option (None, or a specific option to select from) - Text field to allow shopper to add gift message (Blank = N/A)
